CONDITIONS OF ENTRY |

| 1 | This international exhibition is open to all photographers throughout the world. It will be conducted in accordance with FIAP, PSA and FPF requirements. |
| 2 | Each entrant is entitled to submit a maximum of 4 images (4 files) in each section:

| 3 | The images will be sent in JPEG format. The required maximum horizontal dimension is 1024 pixels and the maximum vertical dimension is 768 pixels. The maximum size of jpg image file is 450 Kb (see instructions). |
| 4 | The entrant certifies he is the sole owner of all the rights and elements on the images which he presents. |
| 5 | Entrants allow the organisers to reproduce images without retribution, for the promotion of Limours Photo Club activities. |
| 6 | Previously accepted images in a Limours Photo Club exhibition will not be judged. |
| 7 | Entrance Fee:
10 € or 15 $ US for one section / 5 € or 8 $ US for each other section
6 € or 9 $ US foreach author and each section Payment by is Paypal preferred : 
It is necessary to add expenses to all other methods of payment (see instructions). |
| 8 | Entries received without the specified fees will not be juged. |
| 9 | Members of the jury cannot take part in the contest. The members of the club of a juge cannot win prizes. |
| 10 | A CD - Rom will be sent to each entrant. |
| 11 | All acceptances in each section will be reported to PSA for credit toward Star Ratings and Who's Who in the EID division (section 1 and 2) et PTD division ( 3 ). |
| 12 | The judges' decisions are final and irrevocable. |
| 13 | No file will be sent back. |
| 14 | Participing in this exhibition implies a complete agreement with above-mentioned rules. |
